The Chili Cook-off benefits the local Fredericksburg Habitat for Humanity. Celebrity CASI Chili Cook Champion, Susan Dean will be at this benefit cooking! She won the Championship 2008 in Terlingua, Texas.

13th Annual Grape Stomp

"Stomp me, crush me, make me wine!" will be the battle cry of the 13th Annual Grape Stomp. Barrels will be cut in 1/2 with wine grapes poured inside to stomp. Some people like to purchase t-shirts and put their "stomp" prints on the back as a souvenier.
