Frequent Asked Questions
When will I receive my wine shipments?
Shipments occur quarterly in February, May, October, and December. You'll receive an email approximately 3 weeks before each shipment with details about your wines.
How many bottles will I receive and what does it cost?
Becker Trio: 3 bottles ($85-$130 plus tax and shipping)
Becker Custom: 6+ bottles (pricing varies plus tax and shipping)
Becker Dozen: 12 bottles ($360-$480 plus tax, complimentary shipping)
Can I customize my wine selections?
Becker Dozen and Custom memberships allow you to select your wines. If no selection is made one week prior to credit card processing, our team will process default selections. Other memberships feature wines preselected by Dr. Becker and winemaker.
What if I'm not home for delivery?
Federal law requires a signature from someone 21 or older. You can arrange delivery to your workplace or use a UPS Access Point or Store in your area.
Can I pick up my wine at the winery instead of shipping?
Yes. Pick up your wines at quarterly Pick Up Parties. Wine must be picked up within 6 months of credit card processing, or one shipping attempt will be made at your expense.
How do I cancel my membership?
Email the Wine Club Department wineclub@beckerwines.com at least 7 days before your next shipment date. Most memberships require a minimum of two shipments before cancellation.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes, but all membership benefits will be paused as well. To reactivate, you must purchase bottles (3 for Trio, 12 for Dozen) to restore your benefits.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged automatically before each quarterly shipment in February, May, October, and December.

Are there any membership fees?
No. All memberships are free to join with no monthly dues. You only pay for your quarterly wine shipments.
