Cabernet Franc Texas High Plains 2019
This wine was a secret gem we’ve been storing for four years now. Originally, this wine was 100% Cabernet Franc from Lahey Vineyards, but over the years and many rounds of topping, it has morphed into this beautiful blend. The nose welcomes notes of herbaceous pepper, dried raspberry and dried thyme complimented by the rich palette that will leave you wanting another sip.
Food Pairing Notes: Beef Gnocchi, Rib-Eye, Petit Basque cheese
