Always a step forward representing Texas Bordeaux-style blends, a wine balanced with full fruit, savory herbaceous flavors, and smooth tannins. Aging this Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Tannat blend for two years in predominantly American Oak barrels provides structure with notes of cherry oak, tobacco, and hints of licorice. 

In this, we continue our tradition of Texas wine, Texas life and Texas cuisine. 

Aromatics: Bright red cherries, cherry oak, eucalyptus/menthol, thyme, oregano

On the Palate: Cherries, toasted oak, coffee, mint, medium tannins, medium acidity, smooth finish of toasty oak and blueberries

Serve at 60-68ºF
