Jolie 2023, we utilized both a direct press and saignè methods for this rosè program. This is 80% Grenache, 7% Barbera, 6% Petite Verdot, 4% Touriga Nacional, and 3% Cabernet Sauvignon offers layers on the palate while encapsulating a light-bodied, almost provence style rosé that incorporates stunning florals and bright fruit structure.
Aromatics: Rose petals, White Pineberry, and orange blossom
On the Palate: Ripe White Pineberries, Ruby Red Grapefruit, lime zest, and tarragon.
