Jolie 2024, we utilized both a direct press and saignè methods for this rosè program. This is 44% Grenache, 29% Counoise, and 27% Mourvedre offers layers on the palate while encapsulating a light-bodied, almost provence style rosé that incorporates stunning florals and bright fruit structure.
