For the first time, we are pleased to release a single variety, Petit Verdot. With most of the fruit for this wine coming from Mason, Texas you should expect a bold richness to this wine with flavors of plum, black cherry, and lilac. Petit Verdot translates loosely to “little green” because of the way the grapes ripen in the vineyard, but don’t be deceived. Petit Verdot wines are quite bold and age-worthy.

This wine is predominately from Tallent Vineyards in the proposed Hickory Sands AVA in Mason, Texas. We are fortunate to be able to have an excellent relationship with our growers and highlight the fruit they produce for us.
